About Us

At FCS our students enjoy high academics with a solid Biblical worldview.

Our Purpose: To glorify God by providing an exceptional educational program for students regardless of religious background; beginning with quality Christian educators and implementing an advance and challenging curriculum with a Christian perspective and Biblical worldview.

Our Mission: To glorify God by modeling excellence through a strong academic program in a loving nurturing environment; where students are encouraged to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ as a foundation for their world view as well as compassion for their world and community through thoughtful service.

Our Vision: To glorify God by empowering students to be committed to their relationship with Jesus Christ, civic minded, compassionate toward their world, academically prepared for college and equipped for life beyond.

Called to Excellence ~ Nurtured to Love ~ Empowered to Serve

The goals of Faith Christian School can be found in our motto: “Called to Excellence, Nurtured to Love, Empowered to Serve.” This isn’t just our motto it is our desire for every student and staff member at Faith Christian School.

  • Called to Excellence: We believe that God calls His people to excellence. We are commanded to “be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.” It is therefore our goal as a school:
    • to see all our students understanding their call to excellence in their home lives, academic and physical pursuits and spiritual living while living up to their God given potential and school expectations.
    • to see all our staff understanding their call to excellence and going the extra mile to meet the needs of the school, students and parents in a positive, challenging manner. This would include meeting the needs of diverse learners, committing to continuing their education, and promoting and working with after school activities while living up to their God given potential and school expectations.
  • Nurtured to Love: We believe that God calls His people to love one another. We believe that people who are shown love, will give love in return. The Scriptures declare, “And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.” It is therefore our goal as a school:
    • to ensure our staff models the love of Christ toward all students, parents and other staff members, while promoting a loving school/classroom environment and teaching students proper loving behaviors toward their fellow students and others that help them to become more like Christ. The greatest importance of modeling the love of Christ is that it allows us to share Christ with our students and offer them a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
    • to see all our student understanding the importance of the love of Christ in their own lives and in the lives of other students and therefore causing them to see their need for a relationship with Christ. Our goal is to see our students not only have a love for Christ and other students, but for the lost of their community, nation and world.
  • Empowered to serve: We believe that service should be a central focus in school. We believe that the love of God empowers us to serve our families, schools, neighbors, nation and world. It is therefore our goal as a school:
    • to see our staff and students involved in service by providing service opportunities through the school. Students and staff are encouraged to serve through the school, their churches and community.

Our prayer is that every graduate of Faith Christian School will have the qualities that are expressed in our mission, vision and goals.

The student who graduates from Faith Christian School will:

  • have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • be committed to pursuing excellence and the highest standards in their future academics, spiritual life and family life.
  • be a person who loves God and others because love was modeled for him or her.
  • serve his or her community through the church or community activity.
  • be civic minded.
  • academically prepared for college.
  • prepared for life beyond college.
