Message From Our Principal

Welcome to Faith Christian School! We see it as a true honor that you have chosen to consider Faith Christian School, and we are happy to be able to assist you in any way possible. We truly desire to be a blessing to you and your family.

Faith Christian School has been providing a high-caliber, Christ-centered, Maryland state approved education to Carroll and Baltimore families since 1991.

Faith Christian School exists to glorify God by providing an exceptional educational program for students, regardless of religious background. We believe this begins with quality Christian educators and implementing an advanced, Christian curriculum with a Biblical worldview.

There are a number of reasons that FCS stands out from other schools. Faith Christian School is fully aware that statistics prove that students who study in small classes are more likely to perform better, more likely to graduate from high school and more likely to be accepted to college. We have therefore committed to keeping class sizes small and providing one-on-one attention to students as needed. FCS provides a family atmosphere for parents and students alike. It is a regular occurrence to see teachers praying with students or parents or even hearing of families within the school helping each other as a small community should. That is probably my favorite aspect of FCS. Another distinctive aspect is that students can attend FCS from pre-school through 12th grade. These students form bonds with staff members and peers that will last a lifetime.

Our pre-school students are reading words before they ever enter kindergarten. Our elementary school students work at a level that is one to two grade levels above their public school counterparts. Our middle school students are able to take high school level courses and high school students are able to take honors or AP courses. Our seniors are able to be duly enrolled at Carroll Community College, receiving high school and college credit at the same time.

At FCS students enjoy a close relational community, a wealth of academics and a Biblical foundation.
